FLO - Flexible Learning Options Assertive Outreach (SA)

Providing individualised case management support to young people who are disengaged from mainstream education across metropolitan Adelaide by using assertive outreach and connecting with their families and communities of care to address barriers and risk factors. Referrals come through their enrolled South Australian Department for Education school.
