Bringing up Great Kids (VIC)

Important information: This program runs during scheduled times throughout the year. Dates and times are announced at the start of each term, and registrations open closer to the session start dates.

Bringing Up Great Kids is a FREE parenting program promoting respectful and caring relationships between parents and caregivers and their children from 12 months to eight years.

Bringing Up Great Kids will help you to:

• Reflect on your parenting style
• Learn about brain development in children and its influence on their thoughts, feelings and behaviour
• Meaningfully communicate with your child
• Use mindfulness strategies to understand and respond to your children’s behaviour
• Explore self-care and ways to care for yourself as a parent
