As we embark on a new year, I’m thrilled to share with you our 2023-24 Annual Report, a reflection of the incredible strides we’ve made together over the past year.
This report highlights our significant growth, and the increased reach and impact of our work improving the life trajectories of children and young people in communities across Australia. Some quick facts, and achievements we're particularly proud of:
- We have increased our client base by 28% to 11,727 clients nationally (up from 9,166 the previous year). This significant growth can be attributed to our merger with Whitelion completed in 2023, and both the expansion and launch of programs and services across Australia.
- We supported 2,720 young people across four states to reengage with education, pursue diverse career paths, cultivate relationships with adult mentors, and much more.
- We increased our Caring Dads client retention rate to over 80%. This means more children and Mums are safer from violence.
- We introduced bilingual and neurodivergent family support groups at our Early Help Hubs. This innovative community engagement offering allow our Family Coaches opportunities to connect more broadly in the communities we serve.
- To Future Me won GOLD at the 2024 Australian Design Awards, its second award win! We were also recognised as finalists in the iAwards and the Victorian Premier’s Design Awards.
- Two of our Early Years centres achieved 'Exceeding' ratings under the National Quality Standard (NQS). This is testament to the high quality education and care provided at our kinders.
- Thanks to your generosity, we raised more than a million dollars! $70,000 of this sum, raised at 3AW's Lunchtime Rumours Feast, will be used to create tailored educational videos to build capacity of parents supporting children involved in our Sexual Abuse Counselling and Prevention Program.
